What an incredible day yesterday in Virginia.

Between UVA and VCU there is a shortage of finger nails in the Commonwealth after the back and forth "down to the wire" games in the ACC and A10 title games.

For UVA, what a way to cap off a season and a turnaround.  It feels like another season ago that I saw this team get embarrassed against Tennessee.

It must have been information and emotion overload for a UVA fan yesterday: Beat Duke, Win the A10 title, then to get the #1 seed?  Once again=what a day!

Since I moved to Virginia (Charlottesville) in 2005, there have been a few highs, many lows, and bumps in the road.  Yesterday was a long day coming for a once proud program which is not just a good team but a good program again thanks to Tony Bennett.

As for VCU, the Rams fells short for the 2nd straight year in the A10 title game and there are many mixed emotions after 2 wins, a rough title game loss, the uncertainity of Melvin Johnson who was missed yesterday, and now being shipped to San Diego to play in the always dangerous 12 vs 5 matchup and possibly face UCLA on their turf.

Tune in at 3pm to find out an update on both teams and Johnson.

Also USA Today's Eric Prisbell will give us his thoughts about UVA, VCU, and the entire field.               So have your brackets ready.
